b) Break a large piece of land to sell a smaller part someone else.
c) Create a housing development or a commercial development or even to built factory lots on a large piece of land
There are several steps to applying for division of the land, and one of them is to get the application approved by the Land Office (Pejabat Tanah) and the Jabatan Ukur.
Irregardless of whether the land is big or small, the application procedure is similar.
